Terms of Service
Last updated: August 13, 2026. By using Let's Play Secret Santa you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable, not to trip you up.
Using the service
Let's Play Secret Santa is a free tool for organizing gift exchanges. You may use it to create and join groups, draw names, keep wish lists, and message the person you drew. You agree to use it lawfully and not to abuse, disrupt, or attempt to break the service.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens under it. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add, such as group names, wish-list items, and messages. You grant us permission to store and display that content as needed to run the service for you and your group. Don't post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or infringes someone else's rights.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the service to spam, harass, or deceive others.
- Don't attempt to access accounts, data, or matches that aren't yours.
- Don't scrape, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running smoothly, but we provide it "as is" and can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Let's Play Secret Santa is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. The service is free, and our total liability is limited accordingly.
Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
