Let's Play Secret Santa ("we", "us") provides a free online tool for organizing Secret Santa gift exchanges at letsplaysecretsanta.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

- Exchange content: the groups you create or join, the people in them, budgets, draw dates, wish-list items, and messages you send.

- To run your gift exchange: create groups, draw names, store wish lists, and deliver messages.
- To send you essential emails, such as invitations, draw notifications, and reminders.
- To keep the service secure and working properly.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show third-party advertising inside the app.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate the site, for example hosting and database (Netlify) and sign-in (our authentication provider). They process data only to provide their service to us. We may disclose information if required by law.
Keeping matches secret
Secret Santa assignments are private by design. When a draw is run, each person can only see their own match, and anonymous messages never reveal the sender's identity.
Your choices
- You can edit or delete your wish-list items and messages at any time.
- You can leave a group, and organizers can remove members or delete a group.
- To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us using the details below.
Children
The service is intended for adults organizing gift exchanges. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
